On Day 1, we’re starting by resetting your energy and reconnecting with your unique voice before we touch any content planning.

✨ Today’s Goals:

Reconnect to why you’re sharing content
Learn how AI can support (not replace) your creativity
Set your energy for a more easeful approach to Instagram

🌀 Reflective Prompts:

Jot down your answers in a notebook, doc, or wherever feels right:

What does aligned visibility feel like for me?
What am I currently frustrated with about creating content?
What do I want my audience to feel when they interact with my posts?

🤖 How AI Helps:

You’re going to be using tools like ChatGPT to support your process. Not to write for you—but to spark your creativity, structure your thoughts, and save you time.

If content has felt like a chore, this course will show you a way through that—with flow.

Tomorrow, we’ll dive into batching your captions. For now, take a breath. You’re on your way.
